“My First Surprise in Indore with the help of an awesome team of Big Day Surprise”

My name is Shuhangi Verma, I am from Delhi. I was looking to surprise my partner in Indore on his Birthday. As I was going with google searching I found a website name Big Day Surprise. I was in a hurry I just ping them on WhatsApp with my Enquiry.

It took 5 minutes for them to understand my circumstances. As I was in Delhi and they have to arrange everything from the booking room and arranging a Surprise.

I was looking for something special for my first surprise. They had shared with me a package name Red Cupid Decoration in Room. I was traveling from Delhi, I was looking for Room also. As it makes my problem looks easy. They will book a Room and Decorate it with Surprise.

Meanwhile, Decoration is something that I was waiting to plan for almost 7 months. I was shared with 20+ designs for decoration. Some are classy, some are heavy, some are lights and some have romantic essence.

During my dream planning, I was looking for something romantic and heavy too. I called and asked with the low voice “can we customize because I want to surprise with romantic decoration and some personalization too?”

Guess what… they replied with yes and showed me some more options. They also asked me some add on options like Cake, Bouquet, Gifts, and Messages.

As I was sure about the timing and date, I ask them to book my time slot and date. And I received a confirmation mail by Big Day Surprise in less than 2 hours.

The D-DAY Surprise – Birthday of my Fiance

Now the day has come, as I was reaching Indore at 11 AM. Big Day Surprise team reached at 12 PM and I got a confirmation at WhatsApp.

Big Day Surprise team took two hours for setup decoration, as we reached the hotel at 2 PM, everything was arranged. I have to just fill a hotel policy form and they handed over me the surprise room key.
